Current Profile

President of his own Learning & Development firm he began in 1998. Jerry brings more than 20 years of practical real world experience in helping organizations improve the effectiveness of their people as they strive for targeted business objectives in highly competitive environments. He has extensive experience in needs assessment, solution development and solution implementation. His career has taken him globally as an engaging and energetic Faclilitator delivering effective business solutions within a variety of industries.

While building his own practice, Jerry has worked as an independent consultant with other internationally recognized consulting and training firms. He has performed successfully in the roles of Sr. Training Consultant, Lead Facilitator, Master Trainer, Field Research Specialist and Relationship Manager. He has received certifications for program facilitation in the areas of Leadership, Sales, Coaching, Performance Management and Teamwork.  He has achieved Master Trainer  Certification with Huthwaite, Inc., the creators of SPIN Selling.  Jerry’s Learning & Development career began in the Telecommunications industry with ACC Long Distance Corp. as the Corporate Trainer. His major responsibility involved implementing skills based development strategies for Sales, Supervisory and Customer Service personnel.

Born and raised in Buffalo, Jerry graduated from St. Joe’s Collegiate Institute in 1977. He acquired his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Canisius College in 1982 and resides in East Amherst, NY with his wife and three daughters. He is actively involved with his parish community at St. Mary’s Church in Swormville and devotes much of his free time supporting the Buffalo City Mission.
